Over the past 10 years Café Vacca Matta Monte Casino has built up a reputable ambience for corporate events, cocktail parties, year-end functions and product launches. The unique design and layout of the venue allows us to secure certain areas on the venue to ensure the privacy of your function. If you are looking for a small intimate event or a product launch we will be able to assist.
The capacity of Vacca Matta is influenced by the venue set up specified by the client.
The venue capacities below are guidelines and will vary dependant on the usage of additional technical and function décor.

We pride ourselves in offering a unique dining experience to our guests; our menus are designed to suit each event and occasion.
Our menus selection is available on the website, should you require any additional items or special requests we will gladly design a menu for your event.
We offer plated menus for formal dinners - maximum of 120 guests. Should you wish to have a cocktail function our cocktail menus include a choice of cocktails snacks, canapés and desserts.

Q: Does Vacca Matta Supply security?
A: Yes the policy is one security officer per 100 guests and will be charged back to the client
Q: Can Vacca Matta provide Kosher and Halaal?
A: Yes we can, we have certified suppliers on our books – please take note these food items carry a surcharge.
Q: Is there secure parking?
A: Yes – parking is charged at R10.00 per day.
Q: Can I use my own suppliers for sound and décor?
A: Yes you can use your own suppliers for sound and décor.
Q: What is not included in the venue hire?
A: Any additional AV, Staging or function décor and styling and additional staff.
